1. The Pipeline (AME Career)

Status: Students or apprentices currently enrolled in an EASA Part 147 approved training program.

Support: We provide these candidates with access to our Online OJT and Journal of Experience (JOE) tools, ensuring they log verifiable hours from day one.

Value: A future-proof talent pool groomed specifically to meet international standards.

2. The Graduate AME (Full EASA Certification)

This is our "Ready-to-Deploy" tier for MROs and airlines looking for highly qualified junior technical staff who have already cleared the major regulatory hurdles.

Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of all EASA Part 66 Basic Knowledge Modules.
  • Completion of an EASA-approved 1,100-hour practical experience program.

Credentials: Holders of a formal Certificate of Recognition (CoR) for both theory and practical training.

Value: These graduates enter the hangar with a significantly reduced timeline to full licensure. They are technically proficient and ready to perform maintenance tasks under the supervision of a Licensed Engineer (LAME).

3. The Experienced Non-Licensed AME Tier

We represent seasoned technicians who possess deep technical "know-how" but may not hold a current EASA/CASA license.

Verified Technical History: Our database tracks their years of experience across specific airframes and engines (e.g., 10+ years on B737 NG/MAX or A320 CEO/NEO).

ATA Chapter Expertise: We map their practical skills to specific ATA chapters. Whether they are experts in ATA 52 (Doors), ATA 29 (Hydraulics), or ATA 72 (Engines), we provide the data to prove their proficiency.

Skill-Based Recruitment: We place these "Mechanics" or "Technicians" in roles where their production output is high, working under the supervision of our Licensed AMEs (LAMEs) to ensure safety and compliance.

  • Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL): We use our database records to assist candidates in gaining credits toward formal qualifications, reducing the time they spend in a classroom.

  • Module Support: Through our partnership with EASA Part 147 organizations, we offer these experienced professionals the chance to sit for the remaining Examination Modules they need to qualify for a full license.

4. The Licensed AME (EASA / CASA LAME)
